Over the last month Room 17 have been learning about the process of fermentation of Ginger Beer. We tied this in with PRIDE by making sure that we were looking after the Ginger Beer bug that we grew. After the process of starting bug and feeding it to grow carbon-dioxide and ferment the flavor we eventual mixed all the ingredients together. The ingredients included ginger, sugar, yeast, lemon, water.
After three weeks of feeding, brewing, bottling and waiting we eventually got to taste the Ginger Beer.
